JACK D. HOSKINS

Jack Hoskins earned his undergraduate degree from San Diego State University before going on to earn his Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law in 1991.

After becoming licensed to practice law in 1992, Jack spent the next eleven years working in general civil litigation defense, handling cases ranging from simple slip and falls to wrongful death claims. Jack was involved in all aspects of litigation and took several cases to Superior Court jury verdicts as the lead trial attorney.

Since 2003, Jack has been working exclusively in the defense of workers compensation matters throughout Southern California. Jack has handled all aspects of workers compensation litigation including appellate work, expert discovery, 132a discrimination allegations, serious and willful misconduct claims and subrogation actions arising from the industrial injury.
